So, it’s that time of the month again… since there are only 10 days left in February, tomorrow (Monday) officially marks the beginning of this month’s 10:10 challenge (distant party poppers are heard).

This month, since my month-long yoga challenge was totally derailed by my surgery (I talk about that a bit in my plan with me if you’re interested) I’m going to try a simpler, more attainable 10:10 yoga challenge now that I’m starting to get back on my feet.
I feel like with spring on the way, I really want to start focussing more on my health so that I can really get out and enjoy the sun and the heat (if it ever decides to come to Ireland, you never know, this could be the year)! Plus, feeling miserable for 2 weeks straight basically means you’re either sitting or lying all day… doesn’t make you feel that great.
