Blogmas 2017 Is Happening!

Okay, okay, settle down! I know you’re excited, I am too, but let’s be adults about this!

I’m sure very few of you actually remember/know about Blogmas 2016, I think I had about 5 followers at that point, so it’s understandable that you don’t remember. However, it’s one of my favourite series I’ve ever done on my blog so I had to bring it back for 2017.

To clarify, Blogmas and Vlogmas are not the same things (despite the fact that I’m ripping off the title). Since I want every post I put up here to be sensational (or at least readable) Blogmas is the shortened title of ‘The 12 Days of Blogmas’ in which I post every day from the 13th December until Christmas Eve (so, every even-numbered day in December until the 24th).

Despite the fact that I loved Blogmas last year, I am going to be switching a few things up. Last year, I placed a huge emphasis on book reviews and the like, but since my blog has really grown and evolved since then, Blogmas is going to change with it.

Although I do still have a good amount of bookish content planned, I also have a lot of reflective posts, bullet journal plan with me’s and so much more good stuff planned – I think it’s going to be really fun!

‘But your schedule!’ I hear you cry, ‘you worked so hard to post 3 times a week, why change it now?’. I’m going to level with you, I’m a little scared to change my posting schedule, but I love Christmas and I love you guys, so I’m just going to throw caution to the wind and go for it.

Plus, on a sadder note, my life is going to get pretty crazy in January, so there’s a strong chance the schedule was going to need a switch up anyway – if I didn’t change it now, I’d have to change it then, so we might as well have some fun with it!

Let me know in the comments down below what posts you’d like to see, I still have a few empty slots waiting to be filled up. Even just a genre or theme for a post would be really useful – maybe you want to see more book posts, or bullet journal content or, oh I don’t know, anything else you might want to see – let me know!

If I don’t see you in the comments, I’ll see you on December 2nd for the first post of Blogmas 2017 (Eek! Exciting!)

  1. Look forward to reading all of your posts. I love bullet journal posts. I am always looking for ways to track the books I get in a month or my TBR. I include stuff like that in my journal I’m just not very creative with it and I want to figure out better ways to track them if that makes sense.

    1. I find that since I do a lot of reading on my phone or tablet, using Goodreads is the handiest way for me to track my reading, but I totally get what it mean, bullet journals are so adaptable they’re all singing all dancing!
I’m planning to add a few bookish spreads to my 2018 bulletin journal set up so stay tuned! ❤️

  2. Sounds exciting! I’ll be doing something similar on 12 Days of Awesome Ways to Be Healthier!;) It’s Day 2 today.
