I was fiddling about in my bullet journal the other day, and I came up with this spread. I had something like it in my last bullet journal, I think I originally found the idea over on Pinterest.
Today, I’m going to share my Happy List with you all. Basically, it’s a place I can turn to when I’m in a bad mood or feel burned out and find a list of quick, simple, little things I can do to lift my mood.
I’d encourage every single one of you to make your own Happy List, hopefully mine can give you some inspiration!
